Specific Terms and Conditions for the CompraMás Application.
These terms and conditions apply to the CompraMás app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Arandu Labs LLC (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as an Ad Supported service.
Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application.
Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Application is as beneficial and efficient as possible. As such, they reserve the right to modify the Application or charge for their services at any time and for any reason. Any charges for the Application or its services will be clearly communicated to you.
The Application stores and processes personal data and shopping lists that you have created on your device in order to provide the Service. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your phone and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, which removes security protections and may result in the Application malfunctioning or failing to work.

Advertising and Data Collection
The Application is an Ad Supported service and uses third-party advertising companies, including Yandex Mobile Ads and Google AdMob, to serve advertisements. These advertising companies may use mobile advertising identifiers, IP addresses, and diagnostic telemetries to deliver and measure ad performance.
Important: Third parties may be placing and reading cookies or technical identifiers on your device to collect information as a result of ad serving on this Application.

The Service Provider does not use Google's platform products or ad code to select or target personalized ads based on sensitive categories (health, race, religion, sexual orientation, or criminal records).
Service Provider Disclaimer & Supermarket Prices
Informational Use: CompraMás compares, indexes, and quotes over 67,000 products and prices gathered from online supermarkets and wholesale sources (Coto, Carrefour, Jumbo, Día, Disco, Vea, MasOnline, Maxiconsumo). While we endeavor to provide timely data, supermarkets frequently change promotions, branch prices, and stock levels without prior notice.
The checkout price at the physical cashier or wholesale distributor invoice always represents the legal prevailing price. The Service Provider accepts no liability for direct or indirect discrepancies resulting from reliance on the Application's estimations or split-cart suggestions.
Certain functions require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular data). The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of network access or exhausted data quotas.
Updates & Termination
The Service Provider may update the Application to expand catalog scrapers, optimize split quote calculation, or maintain operating system compatibility. You agree to accept updates to continue using the service. The Service Provider may also terminate or cease providing the Application at any time without prior liability.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
The Service Provider may periodically update these Terms and Conditions. Therefore, you are advised to review this page regularly. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
